Just started using BibDesk for OS X. I'm used EndNote a few times and was looking at it again recently, but I actually like BibDesk pretty well. One feature that sort of bothers me is that the links to files for an article are apparently references only (i.e. the .pdf or other document is not embedded in the BibDesk file). I was hoping that the entire file was actually embedded within the BibDesk file/document. I discovered this inadvertently initially when I through all of my .pdf documents away thinking that I had successfully embedded them into my BibDesk document (oops). Is there a way to do that or to make it an option. I would much rather have a self contained file that has all of my references including that actual documents.
