Hello,

I need (I think it's a pretty common problem) to insert my citations
in APA style.
The templates I found on Wiki works well, but every time I insert a
citation, all authors are listed (according to APA style, if authors
are from three five, only the first citation should include all
authors, while [Subsequent citations in the same document may refer to
the article by the principal author only plus "et al."]). I found a
template in a older post (Correction to APA Style template on Wiki)
but it didn't work (I use the app BibdesktoWord for exporting the
reference to my word documents).
Basically my problem is to make conditional tagging (after the first
time, change template for citation). Could anyone suggest me how to
solve this problem? (or at least indicate a reference for better
understating template syntax?)

Thanks
