Anyeay, you can get what you want using something like the following (I did not
include the stringByRemovingTeX, and be aware of newlines added by mailing):
<[email protected]/><$autho...@count<2?><?$autho...@count?>,
and
<[email protected].@componentsJoinedByCommaAndAnd/></$autho...@count?>
