ok, thanks. But wouldn't it be handy and less error-prone if I could set the 
encoding once and for all for a .bib-file? As I can do with .tex-files (and 
TeXShop or TeXWorks understand the syntax of % !TEX encoding = UTF-8 Unicode)?
