Yeah, no kidding; that spreadsheet is new, and more complicated than what I recall. There's also a lot of code in BibDesk to deal with incorrect RIS from various sources, too; trying to massage each publisher's homegrown RIS into BibTeX is not trivial. BibDesk expects SP and EP as start page and end page, respectively. It used to accept PG, but it looks like that won't work anymore.
