Hey guys, thought I might plug a completely free ride some Frederick MD folks are hosting on the 31st. It's going to start in Downtown Frederick, and head up into the mountains via some dirt roads, and even some singletrack. Despite all of that, its a road ride of sorts, and we'll all be riding cross bikes or touring bikes. Expect a mellow pace but tons of climbing.
