Thanks for the great advice on the attaching and wiring. I have a Schmidt hub powering a DLumotec Oval Senso Plus headlight and a DToplight XS Plus taillight. The headlight has three sets of posts and the taillight is connected to one of them. Can I connect a taillight to one of those, or do I have to connect another headlight then attach the taillight to that? If it requires another headlight, why the extra posts?
Does it have to do with having to connect things serially or in parallel to balance the wattage drawn? Note that I don't know much about connecting things serially or in parallel except for remembering some amplifier and speaker connection diagrams from 20 years ago when I thought a good stereo was more attractive to the opposite sex than a well lit commuter bicycle with fenders.
