Use Tektro Vees if you don't have cable hangars in the way and the
studs are in the proper place. For less than $20 per end, they're easy
to set up, zero fuss, no squeal, and have a high mechanical advantage
for smaller female paws.

The 720 cantis are certainly handsome, I'd run them myself, but harder
to set up, and no better from a functional POV.
