I posted the following on BikeForums and did not get an answer that helped much so I thought I would try here
I changed from an 12-25 Ultegra 10 speed cassette to a 12-27 and all the cogs are the same except the three largest diameter cogs which are in a riveted carrier or spider. This carrier has a Shimano part number y1zd98120 . I want to get another y1zd98120 carrier so I can change my original cassette to the 12-27 gearing and use it on another wheel without having to buy another complete cassette Does anyone know how to get parts like this? I have asked at several bike shops and looked online and nothing is listed.
