I am looking for a very strong fork to support the weight of a cooler full of food and drinks for a family of five for two days (probably 60-70 pounds). The rack will be a Cetma 7-rail (http://cetmaracks.com/ 7rail.htm). I was told by the good folks at kogswell that they rate their bikes up to 40lbs on the front, and that I should find a good strong fork. Searching for this on the internet has been really dry. Where does one go to find a stout fork for a 1990 Trek 7100 - or is that fork stout enough already?
