Welcome. I am also in PDX, and exactly in my Mid 40's as of last month. I laughed when I read how you feel 25. I feel the same way...although I have to say life has been quite the ride since then! I am married, for the second time, to a fabulous bi man... my partner. I have 3 kids from the first go round, 16, 13 and 9... and they either make me laugh or grit my teeth, but they never bore me. Hi everyone... I just found this site and am glad to be able to join. A little about myself? Well, I'm in my early 40's, feel like I'm 25 still and little about my life has changed since that age anyway. I live in the Portland Oregon area, am married -at least I think I still am.... he's rarely here and we're rarely together- but that's ok. We're both ok with having our seperate interests and our own circle of friends. I am an artist and spend most of my time creating something that I'm positive I can't live without. I love to collect arrowheads from the shores of the rivers and take my two dogs to the beach daily in the summer. Winters are spent sculpting, painting or constructing of some type or another because I don't believe in being bored. I don't work outside the home so my time is my own. I am basically comfortable in just about any environment but prefer my home where my paints and clay are. I feel a day isn't complete until I've laughed out loud (usually at myself) at least once. I enjoy company but am not pretentious and if I've got paint on my jeans when you knock, thats how I open the door. I love animals, have 2 dogs and a cat and would save the entire population of dogs and cats from shelters if I could. I'm politically extremely liberal and have strong opinions about what can be called truth. I love deep conversations about spirituality and personal growth. The paranormal intrigues me but scary movies freak me out. LOL I'm basically a happy go lucky woman with very little drama although I do love a good story once in awhile. I hate TV, LOVE music (except country- it makes me sleepy) and I play poker at a local card room and some online (tho it tends to frustrate me online). So... thats about me in a nutshell.
