For those interested, a github repository for a patched version of Bigloo that
compiles under MinGW64 can be found at https://github.com/donaldsonjw/bigloo.
This version is based on the bigloo4.2a alpha from April 8th. It successfully
compiles under MinGW64 using MSYS2 and passes all of the Bigloo recette tests.
This latest version also reenables thread support using the winpthreads
library. Changes to the bdw gc were required to enable this and were
back-ported from its development branch. A bootstrapped version of the sources
can be found at https://sandjsite.net/jwd/files/bigloo4.2a.tar.gz. Brief build
