I have updated the MinGW64 port of bigloo to 4.2b and 4.2c. Pre-bootstrapped
archives can be found at https://sandjsite.net/jwd/files/bigloo4.2a.tar.gz and
https://sandjsite.net/jwd/files/bigloo4.2c.tar.gz. Build instructions are at
https://github.com/donaldsonjw/bigloo/wiki/Building-Bigloo-Under-Mingw64, and
the git repository is at https://github.com/donaldsonjw/bigloo. One notable
change has occurred in these releases. By default, parallel mark is not used by
the GC. I believe a relatively recent update to the MinGW64 runtime or pthreads
library is causing hangs in the GC. Disabling parallel mark resolves the issue.
