I've populated the JIRA committer roster with the names I have so far. Going forward ping Andrew/Tom/myself if you'd like to get added. Also, we should be tracking "contributors" as well - when a patch comes in from a first time contributor we'll need to add them to the "contributors" roster in JIRA.
