That was a question, not an affirmation :) People have voted on something which is different than what Andrew want to propose. So I am not sure their votes would still apply. Or does that mean we can start a vote, have some people voting and then change the terms of the vote and still apply the votes for the previous proposal? The vote is now closed and I am about to count votes. So any additional information is welcome.
