add tests for Mahout

I have written some tests to run Mahout examples. The tests were developed
against CDH3u2. However, they do not run against Mahout 0.5 which is what is in
Bigtop. (CDH3u2 has Mahout 0.5+patches.)
The tests all fail if you run against Mahout 0.5 as is. If you apply the patch
for MAHOUT-680 (which simply patches /usr/lib/mahout/bin/mahout), then the
tests run, but 2 tests fail.
The tests all pass against CDH3u2, but that has java patches, notably for
MAHOUT-708.
