Remove unsupported upstream scripts

Some upstream projects provide their own way to start/stop daemons which is
more adapted to a tarball than a package.
Most of these scripts are superseded by init scripts we provide.
Furthermore, these scripts won't work due to many assumptions they make, so we
should remove them to not confuse people
