Description:
bigtop.list under directory
"http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/bigtop/stable"; does not exist!
A) Modify ununtu install instruction #2:
change from :
sudo wget -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bigtop.list
http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/bigtop/stable/repos/ubuntu/bigtop.list
to:
sudo wget -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bigtop.list
http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/bigtop/bigtop-0.2.0-incubating/repos/ubuntu/bigtop.list
in short change "stable" to the <release directory name> i.e.
"bigtop-0.2.0-incubating"
B) Alternatively, place the appropriate file under "stable" directory.
