bigtop-detect-javahome installed at location unexpected by scripts on SLES

Basically the same as https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-383 (didn't
see a way to re-open that).
Anyhow, detection isnt working on sles, maybe something has moved around since
BIGTOP-383 was closed? It looks like the detection script is at
/usr/lib/bigtop-detect-javahome but the hdfs script is looking at
/usr/libexec/bigtop-detect-javahome and
/usr/lib/bigtop-utils/bigtop-detect-javahome instead.
