I have upstart configuration files for hadoop, hbase, zookeeper and hive;
however I'm not entirely sure how we would integrate this into the Debian
packaging without annoying a potential subset of users.
If we replace the init scripts then it breaks Debian based systems which don't
use upstart; we don't hit this issue in Debian/Ubuntu because the package gets
built on the target distro so upstart or init scripts can be switched in
accordingly.
