Now that upstream has accepted quite a few of our JIRAs we can get rid of some
of the workaround we used to have in Hadoop packaging. This include:
# bigtop-jsvc linking
# bigtop-tomcat linking
# hadoop artifcats being down in lib
# httpfs requiring its own libexec subdir
Also, while we're at it we might as well tidy up the following:
# make hadoop-layout.sh define the complete layout including the HOME_* dirs
but it such a way that it can be overriden
# add missing HADOOP_SECURE_DN_PID_DIR & HADOOP_SECURE_DN_LOG_DIR
# remove an extraneous start() function definition from the init.d.tmpl
(don't even know how it ended up there)
