Ideally, we want to see the following things for every new component that gets
added to Bigtop:
# DEB and RPM packaging infrastructure
# Updates for packaging manifest
# Puppet code for deployment and testing configuration
# At least some minimum amount of smoke tests

let us know if you need any help.
