Fix For: 0.4.0
Currently, TestHadoopSmoke fails because it looks by default in
/usr/lib/hadoop/contrib/streaming for the Hadoop streaming jar. The streaming
jar has moved to /usr/lib/hadoop-mapreduce. The patch fixes that.
