Amen.
Drivers (I qualify) should directly pay 100% of the cost of operating our
vehicles. If car drivers had to pay directly for the use of streets and
parking they would be able to make better economic decisions.
Before I go any further and embarrass myself by exhibiting my ignorance, can
somebody tell me how Madison and Dane County roads are paid for?
