A reliable source reports that a youngster was reported driving a pink Barbie cadillac car (presumably electric) on the Blackhawk Path today. Said youngter was in the company of an adult (walking) and toddler (in a stroller).
The youngster was driving erratically, creating a hazard for bicyclists (and possibly for the youngster). Question: are electric kiddy cars street legal on the bike path?
