So evidently the Town has no business sector? Or none that the Town govt cares about, anyway. Last I checked, in any location or circumstance, people from "outside" a community are called "visitors", and they're usually seen by the business community as people coming into the community to spend MONEY. Does the business community in the Town (if there is one) know that they're doing this to potential revenue sources?
