Mike,

PBMVC didn't just rollover. When the St. Mary's project came to PBMVC about
4 years ago (before Aaron was on PBMVC), we voted to keep the bike lanes on
Park St. and not to have peak hour parking restrictions which would remove
the bike/parking lane north-bound in the morning and south-bound in the
afternoon. This was approved over traffic engineering's objections. Robbie
seems to think this recommendation from PBMVC was approved by the Council.
Stay tuned.
