Cap City Trail: Clear along eastwood until Wilson. Neither Wilson nor Dickinson Streets were plowed.
Yahara Path: Unplowed between the cap city junction and Dayton. Plowed at 4 feet width North of Dayton. As I passed by, a parks employee was busy clearing more of the path. The mifflin cut-thru from the yahara path has about 10 feet of snow piled up where the boulders usually sit. The parking lot on the other side is plowed.
