Group,
Twenty years ago I built my own version of training rollers. I used
three wringer washer rollers I set into a dovetailed maple frame,
connecting the rear and front roller with a strip of truck inner tube.
Even with reasonable bearings, the softer rollers and remaining friction
can make this setup so you are nearly always about ready to "take a
flying trip out the window." Use of it is an experience and definitely
raises the heart rate to something well above recommended. If anyone
wishes to duplicate my machine, let me know?
