I suggest Rebranding that parking for what it is....I call it "Customer (or 
employee)  Parking"...not "Bike Parking"...take the inanimate object out of 
defining what it is and acknowledge that whomever came there on that bike is 
activating the area.

November. Imagine if, at an "off peak" time, one of the ramps saw this kind of 
use. How 
quickly would another ramp be slapped up?

What will it take to get parking capacity to accommodate PEAK usage?
