Good question about stop sign versus green bicycle signal. Bicyclists obey the bicycle signal. There will probably be a sign under the bicycle signal heard that reads something like "Bikers Obey This Signal", or more simply "Bicycle Signal", so that this is clear. A sign like this should be visible in the Portland video. Note that in the Portland video they have the bicycle signal blank when no one has pushed the button. We are going to have it on flashing red, which is the same as a stop sign, so the bike signal is always what the bicyclist follows. - - Arthur
