The City of Fitchburg had applied for Federal TE funding for the bike hub a couple of times, but it never scored high enough to be funded. Nice project though. Great location for it. The plan includes expansion of the parking lot and various amenities including a shelter with tables, restrooms, drinking fountain, and kiosk.
