Got this forwarded to me just now. This amendment to the 2011 budget will be introduced at Council on Tuesday, April 19. Things are not voted on the day they are introduced, so it won't be voted on until May 3.
You can click on the link below for formal language, but what it says is that the current Bicycle-Pedestrian Coordinator position in Traffic Engineering - which was eliminated in the 2011 city budget - will be maintained as it is now. The 2011 budget had created a new Bicycle-Pedestrian Manager position.
