It doesn't matter who is mayor or how the economy is going: there is always a need to improve the bicycling experience. The platinum report is the document we have that outlines the path forward, and I will continue to advocate for its full implementation. If there is a lack of funding, I suggest we cut funding for road expansions to save some money. I had a very useful conversation with him via email. I'm going to cut Soglin some slack on this.
