Four-way stop at that intersection, and driver says she did stop. Bicyclist blew the stop? One or both guessed wrong about who had ROW? Bicyclist on sidewalk and driver didn't stop before entering X-walk? Who knows. We'll see. It's been a very bad couple weeks. Last week someone I know was t-boned (in his car) by someone who ran a stop sign in Shawano County. One passenger dead. Driver (person I know) in the hospital with extensive injuries.
