What is most disappointing for me about stories like this is they demonstrate how business owners are missing the opportunity to take advantage of new infrastructure options that actually provide for a higher total traffic density and growth!
Imagine if an enterprising group of young adults decided to create a bicycle-based grocery/take-out delivery service in the neighborhood.
