It sounds like the city is willing to work on an acceptable location, but it may need to be moved. The best solution might be for the person that put it there to either contact Arthur or take the bike away until a solution can be brokered. "I got an email the other day from Arthur Ross about the Ghost Bike that was installed at Aberg and Huxley in my neighborhood. One of my enlightened neighbors has complained to the cops about it. Do any of you know who I can contact that may have put that up so that the city can get their assistance in relocating it? It's preferable to having the cops take it away. Thanks!"
