Following up on the widely-mocked video editorial from Wall Street Journal
columnist Dorothy Rabinowitz, people wanted to know, "Is there really a
bike lobby?"

Yes, there is, both in NYC and nationally. But let's get realistic, calling
them "all powerful" is pretty laughable. Tiny, scrappy, and growing, that's
more like it.
