Torrey - they do, but it's offered to pre-kindergartners by MSCR in town,
and it's called SafetyTown.  Now it's offered by the hospitals and fire
department.  It's a program started elsewhere many years ago, but now I can
only find references to it here.  My Google-Fu is bad today.
