Hoofers removed their temporary containers in use while their facility was
being reconstructed.  Basically, they did not do as promised.  They promised
to have the crane gone by 8a and leave space in the road for bikes and peds.
Also, they said they would have people there to direct people around the
crane.

I will be talking to them to ensure there is no repeat in the future.

A section of the SW path was closed this morning.
No warning. No detour. No problem!

Obviously bikes are a superior form of transportation that are immune to such
minor details.
