I would hope - I've biked to REI a number of times from the University Ave. at Farley area, and have been about the only cyclist customer. For people north of Mineral Point, there is a good route involving Regent/South Hill/Kenosha/path up to the center of Memorial High campus, then a little more wriggling to and through the West Towne car desert, sort of like a clownfish in a vast school of barracuda...
