This week's feature on legislature up for a vote is about the Vulnerable User Law. http://host.madison.com/wsj/news/local/govt-and-politics/at-issue-vulnerable-highway-users/article_1a9a008b-feb8-554c-a083-9ecd0648c882.html
So far there are no comments, and I'm hesitant to read any if they do appear. I am sort of peeved that ABATE - a group that I don't think represents the majority of motorcyclists, and seems to exist mostly to lobby against helmet laws - has come out so strongly against the law. There are lots of user groups that would benefit from this law, but few have an organization. Where is the farm community or reasonable motorcyclists? Utility workers? Equestrians?
