While our Madison B Cycle is closed for the winter - as are many
cold-weather bike sharing services - Chicago's Divvy system is staying open
all winter.

Except that they shut down for the most recent snow storm. Which prompted a
heated discussion on Chainlink, which is sort of like the Chicago Bikies.

The main question seems to be: "Should a service that claims to be 24/365,
but has a disclaimer saying that it might shut down for extreme weather,
have shut down for the most recent storm?"
