For example, suppose you find a large truck blocking your way (e.g.
the Blackhawk path along Old Middleton Road). No problem, just jump
the curb and go around it.
Now, if motor vehicles has been blocked, it would require (at a
minimum) warning signs from both directions, with blinking lights,
plus signs show well marked detours. And possibly workers directing
traffic.
