If you are interested in how Stoughton Rd could be something more than a gigantic barrier and car sewer, come hear the presentation by my friends and colleagues tonight. 5:30 PM in the City Council chambers -- Rm 201 of the City-County Building. We could rebuild Stoughton Rd as a boulevard, which would allow much better land use and a reconnection of the neighborhood on either side. The quality of life and land values next to the road would be improved in the area for retail, commercial, and residential parcels. How would that work with all the traffic?
