importing into bind.

Hi all;
    I have a problem that I have been working on with one of our
programmers. We have a web site that uses .NET, the user go to the site
and create a personal web site. We need to somehow create a service and
or script that will import these changes into bind. We are moving over
to a Linux server from Microsoft DNS. Any help would be great.
