Hello,
I have a domain with a bunch of subdomains where each subdomain has its
own ZONE and ich I manage this with my own DNS servers (completly 28)
all is working fine.
Now I take my new DOMAIN <tamay-dogan.net> as an example.
I have registered the Domain in germany and I have a Hosting provider in
Germany. Now I have my SUBDOMAIN <private.tamay-dogan.net> which is my
@home Network using SDSL and 16 fixed IP addresses. Also I have another
SUBDOMAIN <debian.tamay-dogan.net> which will be hosted in swiss where
and I 64 fixed IP addresses. And last not least the biggest killer
<cybercenter.tamay-dogan.net> where the (Mail) servers are distributed
over 18 countries worldwide.
Currently I can access the SUBDOMAINS using DynDNS (the REAL FQDN is a
CNAME at my german ISP) and pointing to the DynDNS IP... but this setup
does not work for the Mailservers from which I have many!
Since I want to use my own independant DNS servers, WHERE each SUDOMAIN
will have at least two pysical independant DNS servers, how must I setup
this?
While REREADING "DNS and BIND" from O'Reilly my brain is smoking...
Someone has sugggested to install ONE MASTER @home and let the others
update the Zones as SLAVES but I think this is error prone and since I
have problems with the french administration which has kicked of my very
well working enterprise in France (now over 2.800.000 Euro debt) the two
DNS servers in Paris went destructed by the police in October 2006) I
have the need a more secure installation.
Note: I am working in the renewable energies like BioFuel and Photo-
Voltaik, LowEnergie Electronics (Open Hardware project) and of
course OpenSurce and such) and I am "disturbing" for France
and they try to kick me in Morocco (BioFuel Refinery and 5
trucks went destructed 2008-01-01 by a bonm in Marrakech), in
Iran (I was denunciated to be a "prostitue" and now I am
awaiting the dead penalty there; amd my enterprise in Khoy was
confiscated) and in Turkey (I have contacts with the "PKK")...
I have tried to build a new business in Kabul and five other
major cities in Afghanistan and went kicked of by French
authorities. (...and lost over 450.000 Euro; Satelit Internet
connection, Wifi system and Servers)
So there am many "legal" or illegal possibilities to eliminate
peoples which are "disturbing" the economy interests of a
country, exsepcialy if we are talking about energie resorces.
