        That's not nearly strong enough: forwarding is usually
        a perverse aberration and a symptom of wishful or lazy
        thinking.  Too many people seem to expect that they can
        use forwarding as some kind of "do what I mean" mode,
        and give themselves ever so much grief over an extended
        period rather than put in a moderate initial effort
        into thinking about what they actually require.
