Host Records Priority -- Bind 9.2.4

Hi,
I am using the BIND 9.2.4 version available in RHEL 4 update 4 OS.
Please confirm whether we can create A Record PRIORITY using the current bind 
version or not.
If possible how? If not possible in which version it is available and how?
