No problem for me from my own DNS servers (as seen by the dig output.)
I can also visit the website OK going through my ISPs servers.

However if you try and query the primary nameserver listed in your SOA
record (oxygen.aps.anl.gov) it times out:

The nameservers listed for this zone are dns1.aps.anl.gov and
dns2.aps.anl.gov - no mention of oxygen.
